I study the interaction between surface waves and upper ocean processes across different spatial and temporal scales. I'm interested in wave modulation by tides and near-inertial waves, the importance of wave-current interactions in extreme events and complex coastal regions, and impacts on shoreline communities. I'm currently a postdoctoral fellow at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. I received my PhD in Oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography in 2024, where I studied wave-current interactions in tidally-dominated environments.
